    Horrendous work. A lot of holes between the tiles. Poor grout. Your trained installer needs to come back to the Contractors School. By the way, what is a “Cermanic” tile? I didn’t find Cermany in the maps… :P

    so deitra is used instead of a concrete backing board?

    Yes, that’s right. Ditra is used instead of cement board. It needs to be supported properly by a regular subfloor, but other than that there are no special measures required.

    As for kurotora1′s comments, I’m not sure what you mean. The grout lines in this installation were flawless and consistent. Perhaps my videos angles were misleading. Please point out where, so I can address that. Also, if I’ve included a misspelling somewhere in the video, please point that out too, so I can make it right
